Roses for Grandma

Good Morning :)  I made this card last year for my Grandma, something about the roses just made me think of her.  She lives in a rest home in a different city to me so it's nice to send her something pretty for her room.  She loves telling the nurses (and anyone else who'll listen!) that the cards are hand made.

I wasn't much of a fan of Kiwi Kiss when it came out, but when i discovered this beautiful Bella Rose dsp (SU!), I changed my tune entirely.  I think this paper is just goregeous!!

Three buttons make a simple and cute embellishement.  They're threaded with a tiny sliver of card stock to help make them pop.

I also prettied up the inside of the card:

I've just realised that this card uses all Stampin Up! products - aside from the white cardstock which I buy locally in huge sheets since I go through so much of it!!

That's all from me today.  Thank you for visiting.
